Exhibition Development

GNA designs and delivers exhibitions from the ground up. We work with curators, scientists and fabricators to turn ideas into gallery experiences that are accurate, accessible and beautiful.

Our work includes:

  • Concept and story development

  • Layout and case planning

  • Multilingual and accessible text

  • Specimen and lender coordination

  • Supervision of lighting, mounts and graphics

  • Installation and documentation

We have collaborated with the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum, and numerous private collectors on projects that connect science and art in fresh ways.

Ethical Deaccessions

GNA offers museums and universities a professional path for deaccessioning objects that no longer fit their mission. Working with MineralAuctions.com, we organize public benefit auctions that meet legal and ethical standards while raising funds for collection care and renewal.

We help institutions:

  • Align deaccessions with Collection Management Policies

  • Coordinate with boards and deaccession committees

  • Ensure full reporting and transparency for each sale

Recent projects include benefit auctions for the Rice Museum of Rocks and Minerals, the Tucson Gem and Mineral Society, and MINDAT.org. Each auction provided verifiable bidding histories and permanent public records of the results, giving donors and boards complete confidence in the process.
